Mr. Shafique hold LLM degree in International Commercial Laws from University of Northumbria, England with over 22 years experience in legal practice including but not limited to civil law, contracts, corporate law & islamic financial law and in the field of family law. Vast experience of vetting business agreements, Financial litigations (both Criminal and Civil), verification and registration of collateral documents, both deals with IP related matters and also have a lot of experience of pleading and defending the matters relating to Financial Institutions and customers. Mr. Shafique also had the honor to represent his university at International Conferences with respect to WTO at Geneva (Switzerland). AQEEL ZAHID

Mr. Aqeel Zahid is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) with over 17 years of hands-on experience of different industries which include retail, textile, financial services, education, FMCG, supermarket chains, apparel, hospitality, travel & leisure, consumer durable electronics products & e-commerce.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as CFO for more than 5 years in Ruba SEZ Group (Haier Pakistan Group) spearheaded affairs of different group companies. Budgeting & planning, finance, accounts, internal audit, credit control & legal departments were part of his portfolio. In addition to CFO role; he was also key member of Executive Committee of the company. Before that he served in manufacturing and retail sector company as Head of finance & accounts for 4 years.

Mr. Zeshan qualified Chartered Accountant, member of both prestigious global bodies The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan ICAP and Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP). He is also Law Graduate and Master in Economics from University of Punjab, Pakistan.
Zeshan holds over 20 years professional work experience at both a national and international level in providing taxation advice and specialist in tax consulting and litigation services. During the course of his career, he has represented his local and International clients from various sectors. He is quiet known for his expertise in tax planning and contemplating models for availing international tax benefits and advising on best managing the local and international taxes. He has appeared in many of the major tax and allied cases and successfully represents the clients before ITAT and High Court.
He is member of Lahore High Court Bar Association, Lahore, Pakistan, since 2004 and Life time member of Lahore Tax Bar Association since 2005. He is also serving as member of the Executive committee of the Lahore Tax Bar Association.

KHYYAM UL HASSAN LODHI

Mr. Lodhi is an Advocate of the High Court with over 7 years of experience in representing different clients. His expertise mainly lies in Civil, Criminal, Banking, Family, Consumer and Constitutional law among other legal services. He has and continues to represent clients in matters before the Hon’able High Court, Sessions Court, Civil Court, Special Courts including Accountability Court, FIA Court, ACE and various other arbitral and conciliation forums. Maham is well experienced Counsel who has been in this profession from last 5 years. Maham is graduated from University of London and is called to the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln’s Inn). After the completion of her legal studies, Maham has a broad experience encompassing constitutional, general civil and criminal litigation.
She works for a wide range of clients, including multinationals, government and public bodies, non-governmental organizations and private individuals. Maham has also assisted in landmark constitutional cases before the Lahore High Courts of Pakistan. In addition to her practice, Maham maintains an active advisory and transactional practice. She regularly advises businesses with respect to regulatory risks and affairs. She also manages to take time out for pro-bono matters. During this period, she has also been working with major Pakistani NGOs and charitable trusts. Also, effectively involved in supervising legal drafting and outsourcing assignments.
