My Biography
Maham is well experienced Counsel who has been in this profession from last 5 years. Maham is graduated from University of London and is called to the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln’s Inn). After the completion of her legal studies, Maham has a broad experience encompassing constitutional, general civil and criminal litigation.
She works for a wide range of clients, including multinationals, government and public bodies, non-governmental organizations and private individuals. Maham has also assisted in landmark constitutional cases before the Lahore High Courts of Pakistan. In addition to her practice, Maham maintains an active advisory and transactional practice. She regularly advises businesses with respect to regulatory risks and affairs. She also manages to take time out for pro-bono matters. During this period, she has also been working with major Pakistani NGOs and charitable trusts. Also, effectively involved in supervising legal drafting and outsourcing assignments.
Maham primarily practices from the Lahore and Multan offices of RASCO Associates.
